I’m pretty content/successful in life; why do I need additional coaching?
The Collective is for those who value continuous growth! Most elite athletes and business leaders have coaches who help them stay motivated to elevate their game. Consider that while tools we have in our repertoire today have helped us succeed to this point, those will not necessarily be the same tools we need to get to that next level!
We benefit from surrounding ourselves with people who have different skills sets than the ones we currently possess, which is why we have partnered with multidisciplinary expert teams to help empower us in delivering the most sustainable impact with our talents. The beneficiaries of such include everyone from gifted business achievers seeking greater wellness, balance and personal relationships; to millennials and Gen X’ers seeking to build a legacy while also managing established work, family and parenting roles. Sessions
Are these sessions video chats, phone calls or live meets?
The Collective is primarily an online/video offering for individuals and smaller groups, but also can be tailored to be conducted live/in-person for company retreats.
How does an in-person session differ from an online session?
While online sessions provide a wider range of efficiency (alleviating traffic, parking and opportunity costs), in-person sessions allow for: 1) a different level of interactivity and processing (including the utilization of white boards/vision boards); and 2) more opportunity for spontaneous team interaction.
For how long does The Collective process last? How many sessions?
Our data-proven, collaborative methodology is applied over a 12-month goal-driven period, beginning with weekly visits (1st month), and advancing to bi-monthly (next 8 months) and then monthly (last 3 months) sessions. Client progress is reassessed quarterly, and the frequency can be increased if life changes present the need for additional sessions.
How many people can the Group sessions include, both online and live/retreats?
We aim to keep the groups to 15-20 members so as to ensure active participation and coaching attention.
My schedule is a busy one—can we “meet” during non-business hours?
Yes, our team can arrange to work on evenings and weekends, and even across international time zones! We do our best to be flexible in meeting the needs of those who want to execute on the highest of levels. Participants
Will I meet others who are seeking the same growth that I am?
Opportunities exist for members of The Collective to join the accountability online groups and/or social-media groups to benefit from the support of like-minded, driven individuals seeking to continue to grow through life’s transitions and opportunities.
How do online retreats work?
The Collective offers online weekend retreats that address the same areas as the in-person retreats, including value assessment, annual goal-setting, vision building, wellness, nutrition, community building and more.
Can my life partner/significant other join these sessions with me?
Yes, building and strengthening supportive relationships in our Communities are critical aspects of the “5 Pillars of Growth”: leadership/personal evolution, family/intimacy, community/network, health/wellness and career/financial. More time traditionally will need to be allocated to ensure both parties receive adequate attention toward achieving their goals.
